When can I expect my gift to be shipped?

Typically within 3 - 5 days at most, however, due to increased demand and the Covid-19 virus causing delays from our vendors, this timeframe may be a bit longer for a bit.

I ordered something and realized I wanted to add on more items.  What should I do?

If you're spending more than $75.00, we include free shipping so you just need to go back on and order again!  You won't incur additional fees.

Do you include a receipt in the box when it is shipped?

The only receipt you'll receive is when you pay.  As most of our orders are gifts for others, we do not include a receipt in the gift box.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, at this time we only ship within the United States

I received my package but an item was damaged.  Can it be replaced?

Absolutely.  Please call us at 978.304.0773 if an item arrives damaged and we'll be happy to replace it

Is my credit card information protected?

Absolutely.  We take our customers' private information very seriously and we have put in place the most efficient and safe protocols to protect your privacy

What types of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through our online processor.

 

I saw an item I wanted and now I don't see it.  Is it still available?

In an answer - possibly.  We pride ourselves on refreshing our products and inventory often so if you see something you love, we'd recommend you order it.  Please feel free to reach out to us and ask as we can always check to see what we have in inventory.

Can I use your product / images on my IG to show how beautiful the gifts are?

Can I order multiple gifts?

Of course ... we welcome you to do so! If you need to ship to multiple addresses please leave us a note with your order.

Do all gifts come with a note?

Yes, all gift box collections do include a handwritten note to the recipient.

Is shipping included?

Enjoy free UPS Ground shipping with all orders over $65. We also do offer an upgrade to next day at a nominal charge.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive an email with your tracking information once the order has shipped.
