For regular orders, items will be shipped within three to five business days at most. For orders upgraded to rush shipping at checkout, the orders will ship out the same day if placed prior to 10AM EST. Rush orders placed after 10AM EST will ship out the following business day. Rush orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will ship out on Monday.
Please note, Unwrapped Gifting guarantees their shipping turnaround times mentioned above for rush orders, but deliveries may still be subject to COVID-related delays. Unwrapped Gifting does not guarantee delivery transit times. Refunds will not be issued for delivery delays related USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL unless guaranteed rush shipping was purchased. For damaged or defective items, please reach out to us at hello@unwrappedgiftng.com and we will be happy to send out a replacement and/or alternative custom order.

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site including but not limited to browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time should we deem justifiable.

ONLINE ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
Unwrapped Gifting offers online customers the ability to sign up for an online account for faster online checkout and the ability to view order history. Online account registration may be done via unwrappedgifting.com/account/login. By signing up for a Unwrapped Gifting online account, users will automatically be enrolled in Unwrapped Gifting’s 'Gold Level Gifters' Loyalty Program.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unwrapped Gifting’s gift designs are the sole property of Unwrapped Gifting. Gifts may not be resold without written permission from Unwrapped Gifting. Gift designs may not be altered in any way and still presented as Unwrapped Gifting via social media, blogging or any other public forum.
U.S. AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Unwrapped Gifting currently ships within the United States.
FREE SHIPPING
Unless otherwise specified, offers of "free shipping" throughout the Unwrapped Gifting website and across all social media accounts, refers to free ground shipping within the contiguous United States. U.S territories, Alaska, Hawaii and shipping destinations other than the United States are not entitled to free shipping.
CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS
Unwrapped Gifting reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective upon posting. Your access or use of the unwrappedgifting.com website following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms & Conditions as changed. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
FOOD ALLERGY DISCLAIMER
Food products that Unwrapped Gifting provides are generally labeled with possible allergen-containing ingredients from the manufacturer. Any non-labeled food always has a risk of possible allergen contamination. All clients and their guests are encouraged to read the labels before consuming. Unwrapped Gifting will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to food consumed including labeled and non-labeled food products.
SUBSTITUTIONS
We pride ourselves on working with small-batch and local artisan businesses and as a result, certain items can become unavailable on occasion without a lot of advanced notice. In the event an item is unavailable at the time of being ordered, we reserve the right to substitute an item of the same type, of equal or greater value, and as close to your original item as possible. If the item is especially unique and an appropriate substitution doesn’t exist, we’ll omit the item and issue a credit.
WARM WEATHER SHIPPING
Please note that ordering items subject to melting is at your own risk. Quality upon delivery of these items cannot be guaranteed by Unwrapped Gifting, however, we will do our very best to coordinate shipping options for perishable items. Unwrapped Gifting will not issue refunds as a result of melting regardless of the time of year.
PRODUCT PACKAGING
On occasion, manufacturers may update their product packaging and ingredient lists. As a result, actual product packaging may differ from what is displayed on unwrappedgifting.com. It is the responsibility of the client and guests of the client to always read labels, warnings, and directions before using or consuming a product. For most current and/or additional information about a product, please contact the manufacturer.
PRODUCT IMAGES
Unwrapped Gifting as made every effort to display as accurately as possible the images of its products that appear on our site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any product will be completely accurate.
RETURN POLICY
All orders are final sale and non-refundable. If your order arrives and you’re not satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work with you to make sure you are completely satisfied.
HOTEL DELIVERY
While we do our best to communicate directly with the hotel on your behalf, we are not responsible for welcome gifts after they have been delivered and signed for by hotel personnel. It is the responsibility of the personnel of the hotel to notify the guest that there is a gift at the front desk and/or present the hotel guest with the gift. We do not offer refunds for packages not provided to hotel guests once the responsibility has been assumed by hotel personnel. We are not responsible for unclaimed packages. It is your responsibility to know and abide by the hotel’s policies regarding welcome gifts and any associated fees that may apply. Unwrapped Gifting is not responsible for delivery of welcome gifts to guest rooms or for the hotel charges incurred for delivery to individual guest rooms.
SHIPPING PROTOCOL
Our gift boxes are artisan in nature and proudly made to order! Once you place your order, allow 1-3 business days for production plus transit time for delivery, not including the date your order was placed. (For example, if you place your order on a Monday, the latest your gift would ship out would be on Thursday.) To rush production on your order, please see the "Rush Shipping Options" section below.
Important Exception: Orders requiring customization (i.e. our Add-Your-Own-Logo Program orders, personalized gift tags, customized tent cards, and/or monogrammed items) are subject to production times of 10 business days plus transit time. Large bulk orders may also involve extended production times depending on the size. If production time will exceed lead times outlined above, we will reach out and provide you with an accurate ETA based on the size of your order.
For transit time, if you select "Free Shipping" at checkout, your gift will ship UPS Ground which is advertised by UPS as a 1-5 business day lead time anywhere in the contiguous United States. Please note that these calculations do not take into consideration any Covid, inclement weather, or holiday-related delays.
RETURNED SHIPMENTS
If your gift is returned to our studio as undeliverable, we are happy to re-ship your gift following this protocol:
We notify you via email and/or phone call that your gift box has been returned and the reason it was returned (i.e. not picked up, declined by recipient, invalid address)
You provide us with an updated/valid mailing address to attempt re-delivery
We open the shipping box and adjust anything that may have shifted around within the gift box during transit to make sure the gift is in perfect condition to be shipped again
We repackage your gift in a brand new, clean shipping box with new packaging material
The fee to re-process return-to-sender gifts is $15 plus the actual cost of postage
We will send you an invoice electronically and once the invoice is paid, we will re-ship the gift to your recipient within 2 business days
If the invoice is not paid within 5 business days of the invoice being sent, the gift is considered unclaimed and becomes the property of Unwrapped Gifting. No refunds or credits will be issued.
If Unwrapped Gifting does not receive a response within 10 business days of notifying you that the gift has been returned, the gift is considered unclaimed and becomes the property of Unwrapped Gifting. No refunds or credits will be issued.
UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS
Unwrapped Gifting is not responsible for packages unclaimed by recipients and therefore will not issue refunds or store credits for any unclaimed packages.
SHIPPING TO A PO BOX
UPS is unable to deliver to PO boxes, therefore, we are unable to accept orders destined for PO boxes. Orders placed with a PO box listed as the address will immediately be canceled and a full refund will be issued. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

DAMAGES
We must receive notification of damaged products within 24 hours of delivery. For products damaged during shipping, please keep all original packing material for courier inspection in order to file a claim with our shipper. We require an image of the damage to be emailed to us at hello@unwrappedgifting.com for our review.
MARKETING
Unwrapped Gifting reserves the right to include a business card and/or insert card inside each welcome gift. We also reserve the right to publish finished products on social media, industry blogs as well as the Unwrapped Gifting Blog. Gifting requests to not include our business collateral will be considered on a case by case basis.
CUSTOMIZABLE ITEMS
All customizable items (i.e. personalized gift tag or sticker templates, uploaded documents, custom printing) included as part of an order will be printed exactly as they are submitted by the customer. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that all submissions are correct. Unwrapped Gifting is not responsible for any misspellings, typographical errors, omissions, or any other inaccuracies contained in any submissions provided by the customer.
CHANGES TO PRICING & SERVICES
Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
